Hi, I’m Tim and I’m one of the pastors at First Baptist Church! We know that it can be intimidating to find a church and then attend for the first time. Below is a lot of information we’ve put together so that you can gain some comfort and confidence with us before you come.
Getting to know each other
You can read about our Staff and our Beliefs to get better acquainted with myself and the rest of our staff. You can also get a taste of who we are by checking out our Facebook Page, Instagram Account, or YouTube channel, or by looking at our Photos – but we’d like to hear from you too!
If you’ve had a chance to attend one of our Worship Services then you’ve probably heard about our Communication Card, which you can also fill out digitally HERE. When you attend in-person that Communication Card is attached the bulletin, as a perforated tear-off. Through that Communication Card you can let us know how we can pray for you, and even leave us contact info in case you’d like us to reach out to you.

I’ll help you get connected with First Baptist Church and make sure you’re ready to attend our Worship Service on Sundays at 10AM. Checkout our Live Stream
Another great way to check us out is by participating in our Worship Service through our live stream. Simply visit this webpage (www.fbcpburg.org/livestream) and you can view our Worship Service. Our live stream is at that webpage toward the bottom, and it is also on YouTube, and on Facebook – all simultaneously on Sundays at 10AM. We start the live stream about 15 to 20 minutes early so that you can jump in and be ready when we actually begin the service at 10AM.
